  • 1 (12 ounce) package vanilla wafers, finely crushed
  • 2 ⅓ cups flaked coconut, divided
  • 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup rum

Instructions

  1. Toss crushed wafers, 1 1/3 cups coconut, and walnuts together in a large bowl. Stir in condensed milk and rum; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  2. Place remaining 1 cup coconut in a bowl. Roll chilled dough into 1-inch balls, then roll each ball in coconut to coat. Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator.
