Greek Pulled Pork
Ingredients
- 1 (2 pound) pork tenderloin, fat trimmed
- 2 tablespoons Greek seasoning (such as Cavender's), or more to taste
- 1 (16 ounce) jar sliced pepperoncini peppers with juice (such as Mezzetta)

Instructions
- Place pork tenderloin in a slow cooker; generously season with Greek seasoning. Pour pepperoncini with juice over pork.
- Cover slow cooker. Cook on High for 4 hours.
- Shred pork using 2 forks. Cook 10 to 15 minutes more.
