  • 1 (2 pound) pork tenderloin, fat trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons Greek seasoning (such as Cavender's), or more to taste
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar sliced pepperoncini peppers with juice (such as Mezzetta)

Instructions

  1. Place pork tenderloin in a slow cooker; generously season with Greek seasoning. Pour pepperoncini with juice over pork.
  2. Cover slow cooker. Cook on High for 4 hours.
  3. Shred pork using 2 forks. Cook 10 to 15 minutes more.
