Spicy Gingerbread Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- 1 teaspoon molasses
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 pinch ground allspice
- 3 tablespoons raisins (Optional)
- 3 tablespoons chopped walnuts (Optional)

Instructions
- Combine milk, oats, yogurt, brown sugar, flaxseed meal, molasses, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, salt, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice in a glass container.
- Refrigerate mixture 8 hours to overnight. Top with raisins and walnuts just before serving.
