  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1 pinch red chili powder to taste
  • 1 sprig cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add corn with liquid to a saucepan; bring to a boil over high heat and simmer until hot. Drain; return corn to the saucepan.
