Cream of Spinach Soup
Ingredients
- 1 cup onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups spinach,
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups chickenbroth
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 cubes chickenbouillon cubes
- 2 cups half and half
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- for garnish chives
- 1, for garnish pinch ground allspice

Instructions
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, sauté onion in butter for 4 minutes or until translucent.,Simply Recipes / Mihaela Kozaric Sebrek
- Add potatoes, chicken broth, water, and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil.
