Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes and Ham
Ingredients
- 3 pounds potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped cooked ham
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup water
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Gather the ingredients.
- Place sliced potatoes into the slow cooker. Mix shredded cheese, ham, and onion together in a bowl. Add to potatoes in the slow cooker; mix well.
- Stir condensed soup and water together in the bowl. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour evenly over potato mixture.
- Cook on High until potatoes are tender, about 4 hours.
