Oven-Roasted New Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds new potatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- to taste Freshly ground black pepper,
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 to 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic

Instructions
- Place a rack in the center of the oven.
- Place potatoes in a large bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, olive oil, rosemary, and garlic. Toss until potatoes are well coated.,Simply Recipes / Michelle Becker
