Sara's Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
- 1 ⅔ cups evaporated milk
- 1 ½ cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon ground allspice
- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Combine evaporated milk, pumpkin, sugar, eggs, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, and cloves; blend until smooth. Pour batter into unbaked pie crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and continue baking until filling is set, about 40 minutes more.
