  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 5 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  2. Brush potato wedges with butter and roll in bread crumbs. Place wedges on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and turn wedges; cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until tender.
