Italian Breaded Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 ½ cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 4 boneless pork chops

Instructions
- Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
- Beat eggs and milk together in a shallow dish. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and parsley together in a second shallow dish.
- Heat oil in a large, oven-proof skillet over medium heat. Stir in garlic and cook until just golden brown to flavor the oil. Remove garlic with a slotted spoon and reserve for another use.
- Dip each pork chop into egg mixture, then bread crumb mixture until well coated.
- Place pork chops in the skillet and cook until golden and crisp, about 5 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the skillet into the preheated oven and bake chops until cooked through, about 20 to 25 minutes. A meat thermometer inserted into the center of a pork chop should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
