Simple Coconut Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup 1 cup Bai5 Antioxidant Infusions Molokai Coconut
- 1 heaping cup frozen peaches
- 1 cup 1 cup spinach
- 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons flaxmeal

Instructions
- Thaw the peaches so they are still frozen, but soft. I usually put them in the microwave for 30 seconds to one minute, or I just leave them out on the counter for 15-20 minutes. This will help the texture of the smoothie.
- Blend the Bai5 Molokai Coconut, frozen peaches, spinach, and flax meal for 2-3 minutes or until very smooth. Taste and adjust to your liking. Serve or refrigerate immediately.
