Key Lime Pie Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (3 ounce) package lime-flavored gelatin,
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Key lime zest
- 1/2 cup Key lime juice
- 1 8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed (such as Cool Whip®)
- 8 cups marshmallows
- 3 graham cracker sheets

Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- Whisk together condensed milk, lime gelatin, Key lime zest, and Key lime juice in a large bowl until well combined.
- Fold in whipped topping, marshmallows, and 1/2 cup graham crackers until just combined.
- Cover and refrigerate mixture until set, about 1 hour. Transfer to serving dish; garnish with zest and remaining 1/4 cup graham crackers before serving.
