Frozen Key Lime Pie
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs, separated
- 1 (5 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup Key lime juice
- ¼ cup white sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Instructions
- Beat egg yolks in a large bowl until very light and fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk; beat until doubled in volume. Beat in lime juice; refrigerate yolk mixture until ready to use.
- Beat egg whites in a large glass or metal bowl with an electric mixer until foamy; gradually add sugar and cream of tartar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold egg whites into yolk mixture until well blended; pour into crust and freeze. Serve frozen.
