Peanut Butter Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup toasted wheat germ
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder

- Combine wheat germ, peanut butter, honey, and milk powder in a bowl; shape into 20 bite-sized balls. Arrange balls on a plate.
- Place in the freezer until solid, at least 1 hour.
