Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 4 cups quick cooking oats
- 2 ½ cups natural peanut butter
- 2 cups dry unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ cup honey, melted

Instructions
- Combine oats, peanut butter, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, cranberries, almond milk, and honey in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Roll mixture into bite-size balls and arrange on a baking sheet. Refrigerate until set, at least 15 minutes.
