Three Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (8.5 ounce) package corn bread mix

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the sour cream, butter, creamed corn, corn niblets, and corn muffin mix.
- Pour into a casserole dish or 9-inch baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until set.
