Coconut Jasmine Rice
Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
- 1 ¼ cups water
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 ½ cups jasmine rice

Instructions
- Stir coconut milk, water, sugar, and salt together in a saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves, 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add rice and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce the heat to low, and simmer until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, 18 to 20 minutes.
