  • 2 (8 ounce) salmon fillets
  • 2 teaspoons coarse salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 ½ teaspoons chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place salmon fillets onto the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt, pepper, and dill. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, 20 to 25 minutes. Cut each fillet into 2 pieces and serve.
