Tasty Pecan Pepper Appetizer
Ingredients
- 4 cups finely chopped pecans
- 2 cups finely shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup finely chopped green onions
- ½ cup mayonnaise, or as needed
- 1 (10 ounce) jar raspberry jalapeño jelly

Instructions
- Place pecans in the bowl of a food processor; pulse until very finely ground.
- Combine pecans, Cheddar cheese, green onions, and mayonnaise in a large bowl until mixture holds together; shape into a ball. Transfer to a serving platter; top with jelly.
