Preheat oven to broil.
Place each muffin open-faced on a cookie sheet. Spread each half with mashed avocado; place halves close together. Distributing ingredients evenly, cover each half with sprouts, tomatoes, onion, dressing, sesame seeds and cheese.
Place under broiler for about 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
In a medium bowl, toss together the coleslaw mix and bean sprouts.
Spread one side of each bread slice with margarine. Spread opposite side of 4 slices with honey mustard. Layer the honey mustard side of the 4 bread slices with the coleslaw mixture and cheese. Top with remaining 4 bread slices, margarine side out.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sandwiches about 2 minutes on each side, until the cheese has melted and the bread is golden brown.
Chop the vegetables into coin-shaped pieces. Grill them on the grill or in a skillet with a little oil, salt, and pepper until just tender-crisp.
Stack them on the ciabatta. Top with a tablespoon of pesto. Place a slice of tomato on top. Sprinkle or grate parmesan cheese on the tomato, and place in the oven (without the top half of the bun) on broil/high broil for 3-5 minutes.
Add another tablespoon of pesto to the inside top half of the bun, replace it on the sandwich, and enjoy!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
In a food processor, blend sunflower seeds, whole wheat flour, nutritional yeast, salt, vegetable oil, lemon juice, potato, carrot, onion, celery, garlic, water, thyme, basil, sage, savory, pepper and dry mustard. Process the mixture until almost smooth.
Transfer mixture to the baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven 1 hour, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
Place feta, cream cheese, olive oil, and red wine vinegar in a food processor and process until smooth. Stir in black olives and green olives until well incorporated.
Evenly spread the feta mixture on 2 slices of bread, and layer with butter lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Top with the 2 remaining bread slices, and press down, making a sandwich. Slice the sandwiches and serve.
