If the gravy is too thick, thin with a little stock or water.
Coat with the gravy on all sides and heat until the meat is heated through.

Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
Cut bread into four pieces; split each lengthwise almost all the way through for four sandwiches. Spread margarine on insides of each piece. Place on a baking sheet, cut-sides up.
Broil in the preheated broiler until toasted and lightly browned, 1 to 2 minutes. Remove baking sheet from the oven.
Layer 4 bottom bread pieces with 2 slices each turkey, Provolone cheese, and bacon. Slightly cool 4 top bread pieces for sandwich tops, then spread mayonnaise onto cut sides of each of piece; set aside on a plate.
Broil layered bottom bread pieces until cheese melts, about 1 minute. Remove from the broiler; spread 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce on each sandwich. Layer each with tomatoes and lettuce; place 1 top bread piece over each sandwich.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place focaccia, cut-sides up, on aluminum foil. Spread mayonnaise on both halves. Spread Dijon mustard on top half. Arrange turkey, provolone, and cucumber on bottom half of focaccia. Sprinkle with garlic pepper seasoning and cover with top half of focaccia.
Wrap bottom and sides of sandwich in the aluminum foil, keeping the top open. Put the sandwich on a cookie sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut sandwich into 6 pieces and serve warm.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (165 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using a serrated knife, slice slider buns in half horizontally, and set tops aside.
In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and pickle relish. Spread the dressing on the bottom halves of the buns, and place a pickle slice on top of each.
Put a half slice of turkey on each, folding to fit. Top with Swiss cheese, again either folding or cutting to fit, and place remaining half turkey slices on top of the cheese. Place the tops of the buns on the sandwiches.
Place sliders on the prepared baking sheet. Stir together melted butter and Worcestershire, brush slider buns with butter, and sprinkle with everything seasoning. Cover with foil.
Bake in the preheated oven until cheese begins to melt, 12 to 15 minutes. Remove the foil, and bake until buns are golden, about 3 minutes. Cool for about 3 minutes, and serve warm.
