Add ice, frozen cantaloupe, banana, yogurt, and pineapple juice to the blender.
Blend the smoothie and serve:
Cover and process on medium speed for 15 to 30 seconds, using the tamper as needed. Increase speed to high for 15 to 30 seconds until the smoothie is thick and smooth. Add additional juice as needed to achieve the desired consistency. Serve immediately.
Cut the bananas into small chunks and freeze until solid, at least 1-2 hours. Transfer the bananas to a very strong blender and blend until smooth and creamy. This will take a few minutes and may require periodic pauses and adjustments. It’s very loud and intense since the bananas are frozen, similar to adding ice cubes to a blender. Within a few minutes, you should be seeing a thick, creamy ice-creamy mixture in the blender.
Add the peanut butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, sea salt, and anything else you might like in there. Pulse the blender quickly to stir the ingredients all together and when everything is mixed, serve immediately. Top with additional peanut butter and crushed roasted peanuts.
1. In a blender, combine the milk and dates, let sit 5-10 minutes. Add the bananas, oats, peanut butter, hemp seeds/flax (if using), and a pinch of sea salt. Blend until smooth. If desired, add ice.
2. In a glass jar filled with ice, combine the espresso and vanilla. Shake vigorously for 1 minute. Pour into a glass. Pour over the shake. Stir to combine.
3. Top with a drizzle of peanut butter, shaved chocolate, and sea salt. Enjoy!
1 cup 1 cup Bai5 Antioxidant Infusions Molokai Coconut
1 heaping cup frozen peaches
1 cup 1 cup spinach
2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons flaxmeal
Instructions
Thaw the peaches so they are still frozen, but soft. I usually put them in the microwave for 30 seconds to one minute, or I just leave them out on the counter for 15-20 minutes. This will help the texture of the smoothie.
Blend the Bai5 Molokai Coconut, frozen peaches, spinach, and flax meal for 2-3 minutes or until very smooth. Taste and adjust to your liking. Serve or refrigerate immediately.
1/2 cup 1/2 cup milk (or just enough to help things blend smoothly)
1 heaping tablespoon raw honey (more to taste)
1/2 cup 1/2 cup kale or any other add ins that you want
Instructions
Place bananas, mangoes, blueberries, yogurt, and milk in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add the kale and honey; blend again until smooth.
If desired (and especially if all your ingredients were fresh instead of frozen), add a few ice cubes to increase the volume of the smoothie and help it stay chilled. Crush until smooth.
Top with additional blueberries and serve immediately.
