Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease and flour a 9x13-inch pan.
Sift flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder together; set aside.
Beat eggs and sugar together in a large bowl with an electric mixer on high speed until light in color, about 2 to 3 minutes; beat in oil until combined. Add flour mixture and mix well. Add vanilla and fold in apples and nuts. Pour cake batter into prepared pan.
Mix 4 teaspoons sugar with 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a small bowl; sprinkle over cake.
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into center of the cake comes out clean, about 50 to 60 minutes.
Pour water into a microwave-safe casserole dish and place it in the microwave. Heat until boiling, about 2 minutes. Stir in bouillon cubes, butter, Italian seasoning, dill, and garlic salt.
Pierce chicken breasts with a fork on one side; place pierced-side down in the casserole dish. Chicken should be almost covered by liquid, if not completely covered.
Cover the dish; cook in the microwave for 10 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink, and juices run clear. If chicken is not done after 10 minutes, continue to cook at 1 1/2 minute intervals.
Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir onions in the hot oil until tender and lightly browned, about 15 minutes; transfer to a large bowl.
Add bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, poultry seasoning, ground mustard, pepper, and salt to onions in the bowl; mix well. Add ground turkey, broken up into smaller pieces; mix everything together until evenly combined. Shape turkey mixture into 12 patties; wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat.
Cook patties in the hot skillet until no longer pink in the center and juices run clear, 4 to 5 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
