  1. In a large serving dish, arrange green onions. diced tomato, sliced olives, lettuce and avocado. Set aside.

  2. Empty the can of refried beans into a microwave-safe bowl. Season with onion flakes, garlic, salt, cumin, chili powder and oregano. Stir in water, cover, and cook in microwave, on high, for about 2 minutes.

  3. Take a tortilla and spread a thin layer of beans on half of it. Sprinkle on the cheese, and whatever toppings you would like. Spread sour cream over the other half of the tortilla.

  4. Fold the tortilla in half, and then into quarters, and serve.

  1. Place chicken in a bowl and sprinkle with garlic salt. Toss to coat and let sit for 5 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, place flour in a bowl. Place eggs in a second bowl. Place bread crumbs in a third bowl. Toss chicken in the flour, dip in the eggs, and toss in the bread crumbs.

  3. Heat 2 inches of oil in a cast iron pan over medium heat. Lower chicken carefully into the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden brown, 5 to 6 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Repeat with remaining chicken.

  4. Meanwhile, combine ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sugar has dissolved, 6 to 8 minutes.

  5. Serve chicken with the sauce.
