Cut day old sweet bread into small pieces and place in large bowl. Add the sage, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Toss and allow bread to sit until dry.
In a large skillet, melt butter and add celery, onion and water. Stir until heated but not boiling.
Combine the cranberries, sunflower seeds and vegetable mixture to bowl of dried bread; stir well.
Use as a stuffing for turkey, or bake in a buttered casserole dish at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 40 minutes.
Toss kale, spinach, romaine, carrot, cucumber, and red bell pepper together in a large mixing bowl.
Combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and lemon pepper in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; seal and shake until mixed completely. Drizzle dressing over salad; toss to coat.

In a medium bowl, stir together the buttermilk and mayonnaise until fully mixed. Add in the other ingredients, adjusting for taste.
Keeps for 1 week, covered in the fridge.

In a blender, combine the lemon juice, vinegar, Dijon mustard, grainy mustard, honey, salt, and pepper. Blend on medium speed for 5 seconds.
Remove the plug in the lid, and on medium-low speed, gradually stream in the oil. Replace the plug and slowly increase the blender speed to high. Blend for 10 to 15 seconds, or until the dressing is emulsified. Taste and add more salt, pepper, and honey to taste, if you like.
Store in the refrigerator in a glass jar for up to two weeks.

Saute the shallot in the butter over medium low heat for 5-10 minutes or until the shallot is very soft and fragrant.
In a food processor, place the yogurt, mayonnaise, olive oil, wine, vinegar, sugar, and the sauteed shallots. Puree until smooth. Taste and adjust as necessary. Add the water to adjust the consistency if it needs to be thinned. Stir in the poppy seeds and just like that, you’re good to go! Don’t forget to keep it refrigerated.
In a small bowl, add all of the spices and stir to combine.

In a blender or food processor, add the avocado, cilantro, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, agave, cumin, salt, black pepper, and white pepper.
Pulse several times to combine. Scrape the sides of the blender down with a spatula if necessary.

On the lowest setting, slowly drizzle in the avocado oil with the blade running. Continue to blend until smooth and there are no visible chunks of avocado. Adjust seasonings as needed.
For a thinner dressing, add more oil or water into the mixture, 1 teaspoon at a time until it reaches the desired consistency.
