Pit and roughly chop the peaches into 1/2 inch cubes. Add to a blender container and blend until smooth. If the peaches are on the firm side, add a tablespoon or two of water and blend again.

In a large pitcher, combine peach puree and the bottle of Prosecco. Gently stir to combine.

Serve in flute glasses immediately after making.

Prepare his cocktail by pouring the vanilla vodka and hazelnut liqueur into a rocks glass over ice. Pour the contents of the glass into a cocktail shaker, then pour back into the rocks glass to mix.

Prepare her cocktail by pouring the raspberry vodka and creme de cacao into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a martini glass rimmed with chocolate syrup, pour in the half-and-half, and garnish with maraschino cherries.

Kiss to mix flavors.

Fill a mixing glass or cocktail shaker half full with ice. Add bourbon, liqueur, and bitters. Stir or shake until very cold, about 30 seconds.

Strain into 2 glasses. Rub rim of each glass with an orange twist, then garnish each glass with a twist.
