Donna's Sherry Wine Cake
Ingredients
- ¾ cup vegetable oil
- ¾ cup dry sherry
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- ¼ cup confectioners' sugar for dusting

Instructions
- Prepare a bundt pan by oiling the sides. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Blend all ingredients until well moistened. Pour batter into pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes, or until done. Remove cake from oven, and cool.
- Dust top with confectioners' sugar.
