  • ¾ cup sourdough starter
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • ⅓ cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 ½ tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¾ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat a griddle to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease the griddle.
  2. Combine sourdough starter, egg, water, and oil in a large bowl; mix well.
  3. Combine milk powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Stir milk powder mixture into starter mixture until batter is smooth.
  4. Pour batter onto the preheated griddle to form 8 pancakes and cook until the bottoms are golden brown. Flip and continue cooking until the opposite sides are browned.
