Simple Sautéed Sesame Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 (6 ounce) chicken breast halves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons honey (Optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- Cut chicken breasts into 1/4-inch thick slices; cut slices to 1 1/2 inches in length. Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine flour, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl. Add chicken and toss until well coated.
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey; stir to coat.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sauté until golden brown and the juices run clear, 10 to 15 minutes.
