BLT Caesar Pasta Salad.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Champagne vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1-2 cloves garlic grated
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- salt and black pepper
- 2 cups torn ciabatta
- 1 clove garlic, sliced or grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound short cut pasta
- 1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup cubed spicy cheddar cheese
- 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves torn

Instructions
- 1. To make the dressing. Combine all ingredients in a glass jar and whisk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- 1. Preheat the oven to 425° F. Toss together the ciabatta, garlic, and a pinch of salt with the olive oil. Bake for 10-12 minutes until toasted.
- 3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Boil the pasta to al dente, according to package directions. Drain.
- 4. In a large bowl, toss the hot pasta with the dressing and cheese cubes. Mix in the lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, and croutons, tossing to combine.
