  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup oats
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips, or to taste
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  1. Combine milk, peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips, protein powder, and cinnamon in a medium mixing bowl and mix.
  2. Scoop and shape into balls using a spoon. Place into a freezer bag and store in the freezer.
