Jalapeño Popper Pigs in a Blanket
Ingredients
- 8 jalapeño peppers,
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 1/4 cups Cheddar cheese
- 16 Lil Smokies
- 2 (8 ounce) crescent roll dough

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment. Rinse jalapeños to remove any remaining seeds and pat dry.
- Stir cream cheese and Cheddar cheese together in a bowl until well combined. Divide cheese mixture among jalapeño halves and top each with a sausage.
- Separate crescent dough into 16 triangles. Roll each filled pepper in crescent dough and place on the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 13 to 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
