  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Combine rice, mushrooms, celery, bell pepper, onion soup mix, beef broth, water, oil, and soy sauce.
