  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup crushed toffee candy

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
  2. Cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a large bowl. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, and cinnamon; stir into the creamed mixture. Blend in the oats, raisins, and toffee bits. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden, about 8 to 10 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
