  • 1 large egg + 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 cup freshly squeeze lemon juice, preferably from Meyer lemons
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8×8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper.

Allow the bars to cool in the pan, then place in the fridge to cool completely, at least 2 hours or overnight.
