  • 2 cups ice cream
  • 195 g self-rising flour
  • 1/3 cup sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease a loaf pan. Line the bottom and two longest sides with a strip of parchment paper for a clean release.
  2. Add the ice cream to a medium bowl. You can let it sit out to thaw, or you can microwave it (in a microwave-safe bowl) at 50% power, stopping every two minutes to stir, until melted but still cool to the touch.
  3. Add the self-rising flour and mix until no streaks of flour remain. If using the sprinkles, add them and stir just until combined. Add the batter to the prepared pan and smooth the top. If desired, top with more sprinkles.
  4. Bake at 350°F until a tester comes out of the center clean, 35 to 45 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes in the pan, then remove and cool completely on a wire rack.,Did you love this recipe?
