Garlic Naan Grilled Cheese.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons salted butter, at room temperature
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs – such as parsley, cilantro, chives, and/or dill
- 2 pieces naan, homemade or store-bought
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded havarti or fontina cheese
- honey, for serving
- crushed red pepper, flakes for serving

Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, mix together the butter, garlic, and herbs,
- 2. Spread one side of each piece of naan with garlic butter. Flip the naan over and layer the cheese on one half of the naan. Fold the other half of the naan over the cheese (like a taco). Repeat with the second piece of naan.
