Lentil Greek Salad with Dill Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 1 lentils uncooked
- 1 1 cherry tomatoes of , halved
- 1 cucumber , diced
- 3 tuna two -ounce cans of , drained and flaked (optional)
- pepperoncinikalamata olives or (optional)
- 1 1 Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 fresh or freeze-dried dill generous pinch of
- 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Cook your lentils.
- Segment ingredients in meal prep containers.
- Mix the yogurt ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Store everything in the fridge.
