Chocolate Ganache Icing
Ingredients
- 7 (1 ounce) squares bittersweet chocolate
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons brandy

Instructions
- Melt chocolate, cream, butter or margarine, and brandy together in a high-sided saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently, until smooth.
- Cool completely and then spread or pipe over cake or cupcakes.
