Frito Pie Dip
Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 215 ounce chili
- 4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 ounces corn chip scoops
- 1 small plum tomato
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 green onion green onion
- 1 teaspoon lime zest

Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, and onion powder in a small bowl until blended.
