Hot Breakfast Couscous
Ingredients
- 2 cups skim milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups dry couscous
- ½ cup slivered almonds
- ⅓ cup chopped dried apricots
- ⅓ cup raisins

Instructions
- Combine milk, honey and cinnamon in a saucepan over medium heat. As soon as it comes to a boil, stir in couscous. Turn off heat.
- Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Stir in almonds, apricots, and raisins.
