Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. Stir flour, sugar, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt together in a mixing bowl. Pour in milk, beaten eggs, vegetable oil, melted butter, and honey; stir just to moisten.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 45 minutes.
