Chocolate Raspberry Chia Parfaits
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Unsweetened Original Almondmilk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Unsweetened Original Almondmilk
- 1 large banana
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup raspberries

Instructions
- Mix together Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original Almondmilk, 1/4 cup chia seeds, and maple syrup in a bowl. Transfer to the fridge and allow to chill for 30 minutes.
- While the mixture is chilling, prepare the mousse. Combine banana, cacao, almond butter, and Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original Almondmilk in a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in 2 tablespoons chia seeds. Allow to chill until the chia pudding is ready.
- For the raspberry layer, simply mash the fresh raspberries in a bowl just before serving.
- To serve, evenly distribute layers of chia pudding, chocolate banana mousse, and smashed raspberries into 3 jars. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
