Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in milk, egg, butter, and chocolate chips until combined.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared muffin cups.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean, 15 to 20 minutes.
