  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic pepper
  • 8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs

Instructions

  1. Whisk Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, molasses, and liquid smoke together in a bowl until molasses has dissolved; whisk in canola oil, sesame seeds, brown sugar, minced garlic, paprika, garlic salt, and garlic pepper.
  2. Pour marinade into a resealable plastic bag. Add chicken thighs, coat with marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  3. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade; shake off excess. Discard remaining marinade.
  5. Cook chicken on the preheated grill until no longer pink and the juices run clear, about 12 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into centers should read at least 165 degrees F (75 degrees C).
