  • 210 ounce diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounce Mexican-blend cheese
  • 32 ounce frozen potato tots

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Heat the oil in a large high-sided skillet over medium-high. Add the onion and cook, stirring often, until softened and translucent, about 4 minutes. Add the beef and break it apart with a spoon.
