Easy Carrot Cake Bars
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 ½ cups vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 3 (4 ounce) jars carrot baby food

Instructions
- Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan.
- Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Set aside.
- Beat together sugar, oil, and eggs in another large bowl until smooth.
- Mix in flour mixture until just combined. Stir in carrot baby food until incorporated.
- Spread batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of cake comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
- Allow cake to cool completely on a wire rack before frosting and slicing.
