Impossible Buttermilk Pie

- 1 ½ cups white sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup baking mix
- ⅓ cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
- Beat together sugar, buttermilk, eggs, baking mix, melted butter, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth. Pour mixture into the prepared pie plate.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.
