Peanut Butter Chicken Meatballs

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix ground chicken, egg, bread crumbs, peanut butter, sweet Thai chili sauce, and ginger together in a large bowl.
- Form the mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until browned and no longer pink in the center, about 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
