Homemade Blueberry Pie Filling
Ingredients
- 4 pints fresh blueberries, divided
- ¼ cup white sugar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 ½ tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons cold butter, cut into pieces

Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- Place 3 pints blueberries, sugar, water, cornstarch, and cinnamon in a saucepan; cook and stir over medium-low heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture is slightly thickened, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Remove saucepan from heat; gently stir in butter and remaining 1 pint of blueberries so blueberries stay whole.
- Allow to cool. Enjoy!
